Description

This Pull Request adds a new section to document how Solus is organized. In it, we have pages for our Core Values, the teams that make up Solus, and how people can contribute to Solus.

Still need short blurbs from everyone about themselves.

The addition of a fourth block makes everything awkward, but that'll be
a problem for another PR.

There are a few minor updates left, and then this is good to go.
